Thank you for your Harvest donations so far!

Thank you to everyone who has been donating to our Harvest collection! Your generosity means every local person and family referred to us will have food on their tables this winter.

Together, we can support local people like Emily, who says:

It’s been about 8 months since I had to go to the food bank for the first time and a lot has changed for the better.

 

The food bank is a massive support. In a strange way I almost looked forward to going because I knew I could ask questions, and especially when I started getting a bit more hope, it felt like maybe things will be okay. They made a difference.

 

It was the understanding that people go through difficult times, and this is what we can do together to get you back on your feet – and then they help you. They don’t just give you food and make you feel like a victim. It’s like, how are we going to get out of this?

It’s not too late to give this Harvest, if you’d like to help local people like Emily too. You could:

• Donate a tin or packet at one of our supermarket collection points in Asda, Sainsburys and Waitrose stores across Wandsworth Borough
• Make a single money donation or set up a regular monthly donation online
