Donate an Easter Egg at Access Self Storage!

4th April 2019

Access Self Storage stores in Wandsworth and Battersea join forces to collect Easter eggs for Wandsworth Foodbank

There is just one week left to donate to the annual Access Self Storage charity Easter egg appeal, with 45 eggs already collected for Wandsworth Foodbank.

Will Watson, manager of Access Self Storage Wandsworth, said: “We have 45 eggs so far, which is an amazing start – but we’re sure we can double this and help even more families this Easter. To make a donation, please come by our store with an Easter egg and we will even pop the kettle on for you!”

Wandsworth Foodbank provides nutritionally-balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in a crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

To take part, simply visit the Access Self Storage Wandsworth store on Merton Road or the Battersea store on York Road any time before April 15th and drop off an Easter egg. After this date, a delivery will be made to Wandsworth Foodbank in time for Easter.

More than 400 chocolate eggs have already been collected nationwide in this year’s Access Self Storage Easter egg appeal. With just one more week left to go, Access teams across the country are working hard to beat 2018’s record egg haul, when 1,100 eggs were collected for UK charities.

More than 5,300 chocolate eggs have been donated to charities since the Access Self Storage Easter Appeal launched in 2011.
