Unplugged festivalgoers raise £1313 to help local people in hardship

What a fab day at the Unplugged festival in Old York Road on Sunday 7 June!

We’re really thankful to Lauren and the team at Wandsworth BID for inviting us to be the festival’s charity partner, and for arranging such amazing raffle prizes!

Thank you too to everyone who donated prizes, and to festival goers who took a chance to win big and help local people in hardship at the same time. Together you raised £1,313 which will directly help local people and families at Wandsworth Foodbank.

It was also really special to meet old and new friends throughout the day – including the son of a much-loved volunteer who sadly has since died, but who was key in 2013 to helping us design our food bank to be as safe and welcoming a space as possible.
